After his 2-color screenprint Struggle 1 sold out this Summer (an edition of 25 on fine paper with a deckled-edge), French-born, New York-based artist WK recently released Struggle 1 HPM, an edition of five hand-painted multiples on wood panel. These multiples feature screenprinted imagery from his popular "RIOT" series (inspired by the worldwide "Occupy" movement) combined with elements of collage. Each one contains unique hand-painted embellishments and although they also sold out quickly (like the previous edition on paper), these five were the first in what will be a series of forthcoming HPM releases.
